Proverbs 10:13-15

13 On the lips of the intelligent is found wisdom,
but a rod for the back of one without sense.[a]
14 The wise store up knowledge,
but the mouth of a fool is imminent ruin.
15 The wealth of the rich is their strong city;
the ruin of the poor is their poverty.[b]
